Data residency
Customer data is hosted on servers located within the European Union.
GDPR compliance
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to our websites and products is encrypted with TLS.
AI and your data
Customer content is never used to train AI models. Where a product uses AI, its role is limited and described on that product's page.
Restricted access
Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel and granted only where it is required.
Data minimisation
We collect only the information a product needs to function, and keep it only for as long as it is needed.
Service providers
We work with a small number of carefully selected providers to operate our products. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
